I think I might have found two bugs in the HDR edit module.
The first is cosmetic, the second seems to be more serious.
1) If you use HDR edit to update the origin with the image displayed, it
does not update the origin in the display window (unlike the
transformations
which automaticaly appear after they are set).
2) If you use the HDR edit to update images that don't have .mat files
the change in origin works fine and one can then trnasform the image
and these transformations are reflected in the origin described in the
.mat file. However, if a .mat file already exists and one tries to set
a
new origin - it completes the task as normal but the origin has not
been set to the new value in the .mat file. The origin has however been
correctly written to the .hdr file -> if I remove the .mat file and
display
the img the correct origin appears. For some reason the .hdr file is
being
updated but not the .mat file.
