I assume you mean that the values in the rows of SPMt.mat of SPM96 are
different from the values in the spmT_????.img of SPM99 for the same
contrast. This would be related to my previous email:
SPM now uses t images instead of Z images.
You can convert a t value with degrees of freedom df to a Z value with
the function
spm_t2z(t,df)
[but Andrew says this function may disappear soon].
