I've no idea!! We haven't been able to replicate the problem.
All I can suggest is that you use the Matlab debugger, which
should not be too painful. Before hitting the <Slice timing>
button, can you type the following into the Matlab window:
dbstop if error
Then, after the program has crashed, can you copy-paste the
next few lines into Matlab, and mail the output to
[log in to unmask]:
size(stack(nimgo+1:size(stack,1),g))
size(linspace(stack(nimgo,g),stack(1,g),nimg-nimgo)')
nimg
nimgo
size(stack)
g
stack(nimgo,g)
stack(1,g)
dbquit
dbclear all
