Dear SPM experts,
I met a trouble in statistics of fMRI in SPM99.
My environment is RedHat 6.1 on pentium II with 128 MB real and 1.7GB swap
memories.
I tried to analyze 62 fMRI series from 9 subjects with conjunction.
Each subject did task A and rest in 4 runs, and task B and rest in 3 runs.
8 subjects completed all the tasks, and a subject failed in task A in a series,
so the data was not balanced (7 runs from 8 subjects and 6 runs from a
subject).
An fMRI series consists of 95 volumes of normalized brain (169592 bytes each),
thus the total volumes of data are about 960 MB.
I tried to analyze these data with standard box-car design, and put all the
data
into single design matrix (as fixed-effect model). SPM-fMRIDesMtx.mat was
normally
created. When I moved to 'estimate a specified model' stage, SPMcfg.mat was
created
(I can not judge whether it is normally configured) but the process
(spm_spm.m?)
was stopped with error messages on matlab window;
-------------------------
Initialising design space | . . . F-contrast??? Error while
evaluating uicontrol Callback.
----------------------------
I tried twice but the error was replicated.
What is wrong?
Thank you very much for help.
