Dear Stefan,
|can anybody help me with spm99b, which procedure to choose
|for statistical analysis of 60 epi images (15 slices) with
|cond A motor task (10 images) and cond B rest (10 images)
|and time series A B A B A B. Shall I start with "fmri models"
|and then proceed with "explore design" and then "estimate"
|or something other.
You're on the right track. Use the 'fmri models' button, then specify a
design matrix, then estimate the previously specified model (or do both in
the same session with the 'specify & estimate' option).
You can find help about how to specify the design matrix in several recent
