Dear connectivists
Any help would be welcome for those probably very basic questions about
psychophysiological interaction.
1) Is this strictly unidirectional (say area A -> B but independent from B
-> A) or could it be that there is no directionality or no independance ?
2) Is it possible that there is some effective connectivity that the PPI
cannot see and that structural equation modelers could see (and inversely)
?
Subsidiary question :
Does any one heard about an article that could comment about the pros and
cons of different structural equation modeling programs and/or algorithm ?
Personal opinions are also welcome.
Thanks in advance
Sincerely
Jack
