This is a feature rather than a bug. The slices routine displays the
results in the orientation (and slice thickness) of the original slices of
your functional images. This is to do with the results being stored as a point
list, and for this particular application, it was easier to create planes of
stats results in their original orientation.

| I acquire fMRI images in the coronal oblique plane.

| The epi datasets are all carefully reoriented such that the origin is
| positioned at the AC and such that the AC-PC line is in the transverse plane.

| When I overlay the fMRI results on "slices" of the epi images, the coronal
| slices are upside down. The fMRI results and the epi images seem to be
| registered correctly, but the coronal images are upside down.

| When I overlay the fMRI results on "sections" of the epi images, the
| transverse, coronal and sagittal sections are all oriented correctly.
