Dear colleague,
I need your help for a congress which take place next March about the new
French perinatality decree.
I have to present there the organisation in maternity wards in other
European countries about the distribution of mother milk substitutes. This
come because of the new decree voted last July who makes an obligation to
buy all the breast milk substitutes to suit the international code for
marketing. And I know in most of European countries this is already the
case for a long time. I just would like to explain how it works, how you
cope with this law and how it profits to breast feeding. I thank you for
your answer, at least the 30th of January. As I have to give my text for
the 10th of February, the sooner I get your answers, the better !
