Hello
I have not been personally involved in research studies related to
communities from China. However a colleague of mine is currently
undertaking her doctoral studies concerning maternity needs of
chinese women.
I am sure that she would be more than happy to assist you with your
enquiry. Her name is Euranus Neille and telephone number is 01202
525 754456.
I wish you success with your studies and I hope we can
maintain contact as for my own doctoral studies I am
examining expectations of Pakistani Muslim Women in Labour. I
am sure we could be of help to each other.
Regards

Can any one help me?
I am presently into my second year of research (PhD) and my topic of
interest is Family Planning Needs Among Chinese People.
If any one has done research on ethnic minority people (or that you know of
other people with similar experience) - did you experience any problems
when administering questionnaire survey or focus group discussions? I'd be
grateful if you would share these problems with me and how you overcame
them.
I'd be grateful also for any relevant websites, discussion lists,
references, contacts - anything, I will gladly receive.
Thank you,
Naomi
