Thanks to Dr. Lee Decker from American Statistical Association
I receive some of the Lecture of the San Diego Conference of this
(June 1998). This article are published in Radiation Research
151, 92-117 (1999).

In one of this articles Dr John Ward (Uni. California) present the
new paradims for Low Dose Radiation response. They are:
-1) low-dose hypersensitivity
-2) delayed reproductive death
-3) inverse dose-rate effect
-4) induction of gene and genome instability caused by radiation
-5) bystander effect

In the article of Dr. Ward only the first is presented.

Because this newest aspect (and challenge too) of radiobiology
are very important in radiotherapy please, if you Know much more,
send me your comment (opinion)
