Would suggest once a week applications of a drop of 78% trichloracetic
acid on each lesion, then cover with 60% salicylic acid paste. Surround
each lesion with moleskin with an aperture sized to the lesion and cover
with a fragment of any plastic wrap and secure with tape of cohesive
gauze. Concomitantly high doses of Vitamin A may be beneficial. There
is also the possibility of using ultrasound applications for 5 minutes
to tolerance on a weekly basis. I have never known either method to
cause cicatrix formation.
Hope this helps.
