Ph. D. Studentship
Applications are invited for an EPSRC funded Ph.D. studentship, supervised
by Dr. Stephen Price, to study the ionization and dissociation of reactive
molecules using time-of-flight and coincidence spectrometry. Both single
and multiple ionization channels will be probed and one objective of this
project is to identify and quantify the ionization and dissociation
pathways of molecules of importance in plasma processing.
Candidates should hold or expect to hold a first class or upper second
class honours degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline and have
an interest in experimental chemical physics or physical chemistry.
