You should be able to find details in the Registrar of
Companies records in the PRO, Kew. Try using their web site
to look up the Board of Trade papers. Maybe BT31. Also, if
it was quoted on the stock exchange, the Guild Hall in the
City of London should have annual reports in the Stock
Exchange collection. (I wrote a short article about some of
their company holdings in the Trevithick Soc. Journal a few
years back)
