There seems to be a great divide between the artistic and the practical
of those amongst us - as one who tries to respect both historic remains
and art when in their presence (I don't put graffiti on public art
forms, etc), I think the type of activity described represents a great
disrespect to fragile remains of an age which can never be recreated - I
don't know what I can do about this, but if the opportunity arises to
make a protest I will..........
