The National Monuments Record Centre (NMRC) in Swindon has some records
relating to anti tank ditches which have either been plotted from aerial
photographs which we hold or from excavations carried out by the former
RCHME.
Also William Foot wrote an excellent article on anti tank ditches in Issue
11 of Defence Lines the Defence of Britain Project's Newsletter. (This also
appeared in British Archaeology - sorry I can't remember the issue no.). You
should be able to get a copy from him at:

Obviously as far as extant remains go, the majority was filled in after the
war, although the Kennet and Avon Canal which acted as an anti tank ditch on
the GHQ line still remains pretty much intact.

P.S. Sorry about this folks but Mike Anderton is obviously a faster typist.
Anyway I thought I'd still get my twopenn'orth in!
