In New Zealand women are able to access this information from Maternity
Services Consumer Council as well as from their Lead Maternity Carer which
can be a midwife, a GP or an Obstetrician. The Health Funding Authority in
NZ also have consumer helpline that would be able to get such information
for the consumers. I would recommend you approach similar Women's groups and
health professionals in UK. I would be happy to send you the cost of these
in NZ but are likely to be different from UK. Have you thought of speaking
to Midwives and supervisor of midwives in your area? These cost within the
organisation I work in and in Auckland are very transparent and easy to
access.
