Having not yet seen a call for papers for the above, I checked the web site
<http://www.online-information.co.uk> to find there is a "Submission of papers
form" there. Detailed abstracts of up to 300 words must be submitted by Friday
30th April; full papers (up to 5,000 words) will be required in hard copy and
on disk by Friday 9th July 1999.
