Does anyone have any experience of, or know any good examples of, knowledge
management systems in small organisations? I am interested in applying KM in
our organisation, which is a small information/ research/consultancy service
with 15 staff. I know most of the major consultancies have KM systems in
place, but I'd like to know of any smaller organisations that use it. I'd be
particularly interested in any solutions that don't involve Lotus Notes.
