I have happily used Webinator , www.thunderstone.com , for quite a long
time, but have recently changed a couple of sites over to Atomz.
Webinator has the advantage that its database gets into some of the
metasearch engines, but it can now only index domains.. Atomz is more
user friendly, with access to the search terms used, and it can index
any directory at a frequency of your choosing. It does have a limit on
the pages it will index for free.
