Are you interested in making your practice of librarianship more
evidence based? How can you go about using good research articles in
your own practive.
Evidence-based-libraries is the discussion list for you............
I am pleased to announce the creation of a new mailbase discussion
list entitled evidence-based-libraries. The purpose of this list is:
To promote the transfer and development of evidence based practice to
librarianship and information science. It will discuss issues such as
systematic reviews, critical appraisal and rigorous
research designs in librarianship, principally but not
exclusively, in health information work.
Please note that this is NOT to discuss how libraries can support
evidence based healthcare, rather it is about how we can make our own
information practice more research based by using EBHC methods.
To join the list, send an email message to [log in to unmask] (a
program) with this command in the body of your message:
join evidence-based-libraries firstname lastname
where firstname and lastname are your own personal names.
