I know this subject was raised recently - hence my message.
I'm a library assistant at Thames Valley University Learning Resource
Centre, Ealing and am currently engaged in writing a project report
(dissertation) for an Msc in Information Management. The report is on
the development of a Web-based reference system.
I know about similar systems at Northumbria and Newcastle libraries, but
I'm interested in what criteria they or anyone else had used for the
definition of a FAQ. I'm particularly interested in the definition of
'frequently' (twice, ten times or or just a subjective measure?).
I know many Web sites also contain a link to FAQs, but does anyone know what
criteria they use for including them?
