Dear Peter,
Dear all,
It seems we're on a mutual quest. My Internet search has led to the
following results:
Commercial info, from Integrated Spectronics, on page:
http://www.intspec.com/products.htm
The British Geological Survey uses PIMA, search their web site:
http://www.bgs.ac.uk/
Don't forget to take a look in Earthwise (also available on their site)
The only manufacturer I know of is:
Integrated Spectronics Pty Ltd
A.C.N. 003 873 443
PO Box 437, Baulkham Hills
NSW Australia 2153
Ph 61-2-9878 0977
Fax 61-2-9878 3615
E-mail: [log in to unmask]
Our group isn't really interested in purchasing PIMA, but if anyone can
bring us into contact with exploration or research organisations that use
this device, and are willing to conduct a small study (in Europe, Belgium)
on our core material (appr. 1km) or help us do this, please let us know.
Hope I've been helpful,
Kris
