Hi - I'm looking at a site that contains pyridine & naphthalene
in the groundwater and soil and was wondering if anyone had
any field-based information on degradation rates or half-lives
for these two compounds.
Both are supposedly fairly quickly degraded (e.g. pyridine
half-life of 2-20 days) but I suspect this is for surface waters
exposed to sunlight. Any groundwater degradation rates
would be very helpful.
Thanks for your time.
Hugh
