I dare say those of you who are interested know of this already, but the
Bristol Royal Infirmary Inquiry has been taking evidence about the
counselling services made available to parents whose children died after
heart surgery (also about the law and practice relating to the retention
of tissues from post-mortems).
The Inquiry Web site is very good. It has among other things verbatim
transcripts of each day's proceedings (they are up to about day 55 at
the moment) plus quite a few of the documents referred to by witnesses
during the course of giving their evidence.
