EPSRC/LMS MathFit initiative 1999
Please circulate to anyone who may be interested, particularly
research students.
The EPSRC/LMS MathFit initiative in Mathematics for Information Technology
supports instructional meetings, responsive mode research grants and
visiting fellowships: further details can be found at
http://www-theory.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~um/mathfit.html
or by contacting one of the EPSRC or LMS representatives listed below.
The following events are being sponsored by the EPSRC/LMS MathFit
initiative in 1999. All have been designed to contain an instructional
or introductory interdisciplinary component and all interested,
whether on the computational or mathematical side, are welcome
to attend. All the workshops are intended to be accessible to
research students in mathematics or computer science and offer
free or subsidized research student places.
