It seems the problem is related to memory and has to do with arrays
in your code (if any). I experienced this on the HPs with different
memory (though with f77). Try to reduce the array sizes and see what
happens.

I checked using which but this is not the cause of the problem. There is
only one executable program named prog1 on the system.
