Hello all,
I am trying to use CODA version 0.4 in S-Plus version 5.0 on a Unix
machine.
I source("coda04.s") from the Splus prompt,
and then run CODA() from within Splus.
I then get the usual greeting, and am asked to enter the name of the working
files.
CODA correctly abstracts the correct number of variables and the correct
number of values.
After it has abstracted the last variable I receive the following error
message:
Problem in CODA(); "<<-" not allowed in replacements; see ?"<<-"
Use traceback() to see the call stack
After the above message, I am returned to the original CODA greeting on entry.
This continues in a circular pattern.
The version of CODA that I have worked properly under S-Plus 3.3.
Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so, can you help me to rectify the
problem?
Thanks in advance,
Peter Austin
