ANNUAL CONFERENCE
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Annual Eighteenth-Century lreland Society Conference will be held in
2000 in St Patrick 's College, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 on Friday and Saturday,
5 and 6 May.
Offers of papers, which may be on any aspect of the Irish experience in the
eighteenth century, are invited. Proposals from young scholars and
research students are especially welcome as it is the organisers'
intention to devote one session specifically to them.
Papers may be in either Irish or English.
Proposals, accompanied by a short abstract of 2-300 words should be sent by
15 January 2000 to:
