Just in case youse guys are still perplexed, the stuff at the bottom of Livia's
message is exactly the same as the in-line text, except that (a) it's prettier
and (b) the £ (pound sterling) sign appears in it.
And just in case you wondered how I found out, here's the trick. Use Aladdin's
Unstuffit, which you can download from www.aladdinsys.com for free. There's a
version for PC and a version for Mac (Mac users know all about
Stuffit/Unstuffit, so I give no info here). On a PC you need Unstuffit version
2.0. Here's what to do.
1. Save the mail message on your desktop as a text file.
2. Download Unstuffit, install it and then click on it to run it. A small window
will appear on your desktop.
3. Drag the text file you saved on to the small window.
That's it. A new RTF file will magically appear on your desktop.
This isn't a plug for Aladdin, but just to help frustrated would-be readers. I
endorse everything that hes been said here before about banning attachments from
the list.
