Dear all,
The Institute is about to choose and implement a new e-mail
system. We are just at the stage of surveying user needs. I
know that this a bit of a cheeky short-cut and I could
probably find out some good references for myself if I
tried hard enough, but can anyone recommend some good
things to read about building RM functionality into an
e-mail system? Does anyone have any top tips on the
subject? I don't think we need to do anything too fancy
here, but we may as well bear the basics in mind when we
move over to the new system.
Any ideas, on or off list, would be very welcome.
