Currently I am in the process of charting (Individual & Moving Range Chart)
data that follows a Weibull Distribution using SPSS's QI Analyst SPC
Program. I have a question regarding what "out of control rules" should be
used in a chart of this sort - since the data does not follow a normal
distribution and in my current situation, it could not be logically
sub-grouped. Would all of the AIAG - or all of the Shewhart rules still
apply?
