I asked about a text on analysing ordinal data.
The winner by a clear margin was Agresti

Modstat does over 230 statistical tests and routines. It even has a routine
to help the user select the proper test to use with the data. It will also
suggest alternative tests in the event that the conditions of the first test
are not met or are in doubt.
