Frequently wildlife-related studies are criticized for, and papers rejected
for publication with reference to the presence of pseudoreplication, i.e.
several samples are taken from the same individual, where it is argued that
samples taken within one individual are dependent or more correlated that
samples taken from different individuals.
Does anyone know about publicated work on this issue showing practical
evidence for this phenomenon ? Any references ?
