Statistician/Data Analyst: (1 year 8 months)
MRC Human Nutrition Research is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge
of the links between human nutrition and health. A vacancy has arisen for a
Statistician/Data Analyst to conduct longitudinal statistical analysis into
age related changes between diet and health in a national birth cohort
study. Applicants require an MSc/PhD or equivalent in statistics/data
analysis plus 3 years experience in medical or nutritional epidemiological
work. This temporary post is full time for 1 year 8 months. We will also
consider applications from candidates wishing to work part-time - the
duration of the contract would depend on the number of hours per week but
could be for up to 3 years 4 months.
The appointment will be made to MRC salary band 4 (£16,280 - £29,362 per
annum). The starting salary in likely to be in the region of
