University Timetable Officer
ALC Grade 1/2: £15,735 - £23,651 p.a.
A graduate is required to lead a central timetable unit
which is in the final stages of implementing a computerised
timetable system (Facility CMIS) and the production of
computerised University timetables. The successful
candidate will be computer literate, have an analytical and
thorough approach to work, an ability to work to deadlines
and good interpersonal skills. A proven record of
supervision or project management is desirable and
experience of, or interest in, timetabling is an advantage.
The appointee will be expected to start as soon as possible
and not later than July 1st.

It is intended to make the appointment at ALC 2 grade if the successful
candidate has all of the required attributes. However, the University
may offer the appointment at the training grade (ALC 1) if the successful
candidate does not have the full range of qualifications and experience.
