How irritating. We, too, use the maximum fee paid by the research councils
as our standard postgraduate fee. Until we receive confirmation, we'll
simply have to tell people that the fee for next year is likely to be this
year's rate (2610) plus inflation. (On the assumption that this will
continue to be the case, although these days one can never be sure of
anything.) We're already getting enquiries, and a number of people simply
can't believe that we can't tell them now what the fees will be for next
year. I blame it all on the Government...
