Two of our students' e-mail responses to the warning we issued on receipt of
the No Bank Details disc. I'm
just mailing this to see whether these are one-offs or whether the problem
is more widespread:-

I'm sorry that the student loans company has bothered you with this. I sent
them my details in September, my proof of bank account number, and they have
already sent me back everything, so they must have processed it. They are
just a little slow.

(b)
I did supply the SLC with my bank details on the appropriate forms at the
appropriate time! That very form went with the acknowledgement and
acceptance of my loan. If they managed to get how much loan I was to
receive right, I cannot understand why they have not received bank details.
However, I will refill out the forms without delay!!!! SLC are excelling
themselves again I see!
