My understanding of the fees for language year abroad exchange students
is that if they are still under the 'OLD' arrangements then the fee is
£510. However, if they are under the 'NEW' arrangements, and they are
abroad at an Erasmus or Socrates centre for a full year then they pay
no fees and the HEFCE grant will provide additional compensation.
