Ah yes, I can see where I might have confused someone. Even though we are associated with the University of Leeds we are not bound by all your procedures. Bretton Hall does have a procedure for student complaints but not for the support of staff members dealing with them, thats the part I'm most intested to hear about.
But, maybe this will all change in the foreseeable future, as it was agreed at Senate last week that we are to merge or at least agree that we investigate the possibility.
