DMU also ignored the DfEE and produced AS1s and 2s as normal for everbody
and we are just sending out our resit AS2s. We worked on the theory that if
the LEAs had them they could use the info or ignor it, whiever suited them
best. My colleague who is head of the appropriate division's comment is -
DfEE - what do they know about students?!
