At the University of Wales the Senior Vice-Chancellor and Secretary General
(Registrar equivalent) sign all degree certificates. As you may know, we
have over 60 Institutions linked to us in varying relationships and for
those closest to us - 8 Member Institutions - the Vice-Chancellor or Chief
Executive also signs the degree certificate.
For diplomas and certificates, the only signature included for all
Institutions is that of the Secretary General.

Subject: Award Certificates
We are contemplating a re-design of our award documents and I would be
interested to know whose signatures other institutions have on their
certificates
We currently have the Vice Chancellor and Chairman as signatories but I
would be interested to know if anyone has the Registrar or even the Head of
Department as signatory.
