I'd be grateful if you could answer the following questions about your
procedure for publishing detailed marks/grades for INDIVIDUAL
COURSES or MODULES.

WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EXAM BOARD:
(a) A letter is sent to students who have *failed* only, telling them
their resit requirements. [ ]
(b) A letter is sent to *all* students stating whether pass or fail [ ]
(c) A photocopy of the exam board marks themselves is sent to *all*
students (this might include manual annotations) [ ]
(d) Transcripts of marks are printed from the student records database for
*all* students (having incorporated changed or additional marks
onto the database overnight) [ ]
(e) Transcripts are produced for *all* students via some other system e.g.
Word mailmerge (thus allowing changed or additional marks to be
added on this version) [ ]
