At the University of Leeds we do not prevent a student from entering
an examination room if they do not have their photo-ID card. We ask
if they have any other form of ID on them and permit them to use
that. If they have no form of ID they will be interrupted by the
invigilator, who quite often is from their department, to confirm
their name.
