Although we have not had to deal with many of these cases, at the start of
session we agreed a policy of pro rata charging and refunding. Therefore if
it had been our student transferring to Hallam we may have been able to move
approx. two thirds of the tuition fees over to them, providing our Finance
office were happy and Hallam had approached us with a request.
Students who are funding themselves either entirely or in a split with the
LEA, are entitled to pro-rata refunds if they leave.
