I’ve recently taken over the area which deals with Vocational Tax Relief
and would appreciate advice/assistance from anyone who has a good
working knowledge of this area. We have the original ncvq database
(license expired!), but the one member of staff with knowledge of this is
on long-term sick leave and I am having great difficulty in determining
how to assess course eligibility in relationship to the data held on the
database. Does anyone have a working system (or documented
procedures) that they might be willing to share? Any insight into this
area would be much appreciated as I have a backlog of irate applicants
knocking on my door!! Please feel free to email or telephone me direct
