Roger

Sorry if my email was somewhat confusing. The issue revolved around
the way our finance system will record debtors and the interface
between that and the student record system, i.e. how will the
finance system pick up who owes what. There have now been further
discussions here which seem to have resolved the situation. As I
understand it, the systems people have agreed that information will
have to be downloaded from two fields, one containing the SSN, where
appropriate, and the other containing our own University Registration
number. I think it had been hoped previously that just one field
could be used.

Hope that's a bit clearer but don't worry if it's not; we seem to
have found a local solution!
