Our tuition fees are collected at Registration if the student can
pay. Alternative Payment schemes are
a. Pay in full (must do if their share is stlg200 or less)
b. Pay 50 % on registering and leave a direct debit form to allow 50%
to be collected on 1 February. (About 90% of second payments
collected OK. Others to be resolved before Easter vacation if
possible.)
Those who cannot pay at Registration (or do not know how much
they must pay because the LEA is slow) are allowed 3 weeks
temporary registration within which they must return to the Registration
Office to provide evidence from the LEA or, if they know how much
their share is, begin to pay.
We do not issue tuition invoices as such. The sum due is on the Reg.
Form and the student receives a receipt. Our Finance department aims
to issue statements to all who have an Instalment Plan, as a reminder
in December.
Payment arrangements for halls and flates are under review.
