I can assure you that you are by no means alone, and it is disingenuous
of anyone to suggest that you are! We still have many outstanding
queries, re both unclassified students as well as students originally
believed to be eligible according to their own statements at enrolment
but not eligible according to LEAs (where we have even got the lists,
that is!). HEFCE expect us to be able to confirm our MASN by this
Friday - we will not be in such a position, I predict, for some time,
and now are in the process of making our case for mitigation to them.
