At TNTU we allow the use of non-electronic translation dictionaries for
students whose first language is not English. The students have to have a
note from their course leader confirming they are allowed to use such an aid
and the books are randomly checked by the invigilators at the start of the
exams.
Ordinary dictionaries are not allowed.
