Dear All,
I organise the RHBNC Graduation Ceremonies, and I would be very interested
to know how other institutions organise the events on the day.
Do you seat the students according to seat number and use annotated scripts
updated after headcounts just before the Ceremony starts, or do you provide
each student with a card to be handed up to the reader as they approach the
stage (with lists sent to readers for perusal in advance)? Also, how many
graduands do you have, how many Ceremonies do you run, do you charge guests
and what if any food and drink do you provide?
I would be most grateful for any information you can give with regard to
these questions.
